A Wet Run!

these guys were quite the cheerleaders along the run!


On Saturday i filled in for a triathlon team that needed a runner. It was DOWN POURING the entire race and we were running through lot's of water on the trail. I was not one bit jealous of the swimmers getting into the cold lake water :)! It was a fun race despite being water logged and having the chills for the rest of the day.

    And yeah...you have a blog, too! Now I can follow your family more closely. I look forward to hanging out with you some day. I have no idea when we will make it back to Kansas, but I would really love to see you and your family. Please tell Johnny and the Seaba's (in-laws) hello from me!
